This bundle includes:
Habanero Hot Sauce
The first of what we hope will be many enjoyable sauces to light up the taste buds and add a kick to your meal. Looking like a cordial, this sauce is not to be taken cordially. It has a great initial kick with an increasing burn while you get the fruity flavours of the red habanero combined with tomato and garlic lacto juice. Fermented until just right and then thinned out, saving the mash for a future product ;)
Smokey Jalapeno Hot Sauce
Wood smoked jalapenos that have been blended with fermented tomatoes and given the right amount of time to develop some great flavour and a slow burn. Smokey with a fresh chilli pepper flavour ready to go onto BBQ and tacos.
Feremented Shallots
Fresh Shedhouse Farm grown shallots that have been plumped up after all the rain and are packed full of flavour. We left these nude so there is nothing hiding their true beauty. This time we also made a couple of exciting new products from what would have otherwise been fed to the chooks or put into compost.
Green Onion Seasoning
A lot waste product made from the left over shallot tops from making our latest batch of fermented shallots.
Atomic Tomato Seasoning
If you remember the old classic Atomic Tomato chips, this is our take on the seasoning, but in a fun fermented kinda way.
Bits & Pieces
A funky combo of what would have otherwise be considered as not good enough for the first cut. We keep things that still have use and make them taste really yummy. This mix is a combination of sweet, savoury, spicy, sour and is very moreish! It was such a small batch and so popular that we only have one left, which we are going to randomly give to someone lucky who orders all of the new products!

Baby Romas Pizzata
Our goto Pizza sauce, good for plenty of things from pasta to BBQ prawns.
Cucumber Pickles Sour
Perfect little naturally sour pickles, ready for tarting up almost anything.
