Fresh and pumping with flavour shallots grown at Shedhouse Farm that have been salted and lacto fermented.
These are a followup to our smoked and lemongrass chilli shallots and the shallots tasted so good we wanted to try them nude. They go really well on their own and will add to so many things!
So fresh sweet and crunchy with that savoury onion flavour these work on so many things. Baked potato, salads, blended into other pastes and sauces.

Keep this product in the fridge once opened for a longer life.
Once you finish the solid parts of the product the liquid can be used for pickling, fermenting, marinating and enjoying on its own.
