Sweet little tangy rich flavourful Baby Roma Tomatoes that have been fermented as a blend with some whole so you get a nice pop of tang as you bite it.
The idea with these is to use as a pizza sauce. Before you cook, spread sauce and put a few of the whole toms on and squish a little so you get a nice little burst on your bite!
It's not just for pizza though and you can use it for a pasta, to coat some BBQ'd prawns or give it a go on some hot chips.
It is however, in our opinion, the goldilocks of pizza sauces. Not too rich, not too tangy, the right amount of fresh tomato taste that supports the flavours on your favourite pizza pie. Never distracting from the other ingredients.
There's also the opportunity to add your own fresh herbs and a little garlic if that's to your liking. You can even add those things in fresh for a few days to a week to ferment them into the sauce ready for your weekend home made pizza!

Keep this product in the fridge once opened for a longer life.
Once you finish the solid parts of the product the liquid can be used for pickling, fermenting, marinating and enjoying on its own.
