Pickle Juice was made form the cucumbers that were a bit large to work well as a sliced pickle. The cuces were much bigger and have a tougher skin and softer interior once fermtented makes them perfect for purpose made Pickle Juice. They had Fatalii chilli and Dill seeds in the ferment which gives a lovely fresh and fruity flavour. Once they are ready to bottle up, they are pressed to squeeze all the good juices out and make this lovely tonic that can be enjoyed as a daily health shot or in something creative.
