Baby Romas Pizzata

Sweet little tangy rich flavourful Baby Roma Tomatoes that have been fermented as a blend with some left whole so you get a nice pop of tang as you bite it.

Cucumber Pickles - Sour

Naturally sour cucumber pickles grown by Farmer Foster. These have been fermented to preserve the fresh cucumber flavour while bringing out it's sour side.

Smoked Chioggia Beets

Local Chioggia beetroot that has been slowly smoked over bloodwood. These beets are less earthy and become pleasantly tart after being fermented. The smoke balances this, bringing back some earthy goodness.
